We offer a personalised service for groups, with a guided tour of the Famine Exhibition by a tour guide/historian. We cater for all levels of interest and build our presentation around the needs of your group.
With adjacent bus parking, a 5-minute walk to Skibbereen town to enjoy the shops after the group visit is easily done while leaving the coach parked in our coachpark.
As a totally indoor activity, there is no need to worry about inclement weather. A visit to Skibbereen Heritage Centre is one of the best things to do on a rainy day in West Cork.
Groups MUST be prebooked – please give us a ring in advance to make sure that we can accommodate your group on 028-40900
Please enquire about our special admission prices for groups. Easy access for coaches to Skibbereen Heritage Centre – ask about the best way to drive to our Centre.
COACHES:
Approaching Skibbereen from Cork on the N71:

Approx. 1km out this road turn left over the bridge and a left again on the other side of the bridge. This will bring you onto Upper Bridge Street. The coach parking is approx. 1.5km down this road, on the left, outside the stone wall surrounding Skibbereen Heritage Centre carpark. It is 30m from there to the front door.
